1. This petition as constituted, indicates that the petitioner is seeking benefit to which she claims to be entitled as Ward of existing railway employee. The petitioner has also prayed for a direction/ declaration of she being entitled to employment in Railways.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents, at this stage, points out that the service dispute relating to Railway services are within the jurisdiction of the Central Administrative Tribunal in view of the provision contained in Section 14 of the

Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 and notification issued thereunder from time to time.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute this legal position.

4. Therefore, this petition is dismissed as not maintainable with liberty to apply before the Central Administrative Tribunal.
