For the reasons assigned in the said application and finding them to be satisfactory, I.A. No.01 is allowed and the delay caused in filing the MCC stands condoned.
Also heard the MCC on merits.
It has been preferred seeking for restoration of WP No. 2807/2004 which got dismissed for want of prosecution on 10.08.2015. Considering the reasons and contents assigned therein, this Court is of the opinion that subject to the applicant paying cost of Rs.2,500/- to be paid to the Chhattisgarh High Court (Middle Income Group) Legal Aid Society, WP No. 2807/2004 shall stand restored to its original number.
