1. Heard.
2. This petition has been brought under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying for indulgence of this Court.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had filed an application under Section 25 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890 before the Learned Family Court. Learned Family Court has kept the application pending and not proceeding on the same. The petitioner had also prayed for interim order of visitation right in the said application but the same was also not considered, therefore, it is prayed that a direction be issued to the Court.
4. After considering the submissions, the petition is disposed off at motion stage and liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an application for
-2interim relief praying for right to visit his child and if any such application is filed, within a period of one month, in that case, it is directed that the learned Family Court shall consider the same on urgent basis.
