Challenge in this petition is to the order of suspension dated 22.06.2019. 2.

Plain reading of the order of suspension shows that the same has been issued in the light of complaints that were received in respect of certain irregularities and illegalities committed by the petitioner in the course of discharging his duties. It appears that the order of suspension has been issued contemplating an enquiry.

Under the circumstances, this court at this juncture would not like to substitute itself as an appellate body over the decision of placing the petitioner under suspension. It shall be open for the petitioner to approach the authorities concerned by moving appropriate representation for ventilating his grievances. On such representation being made, the

respondents are expected to take a decision on the said representation at the earliest.
