1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P-1 dated 02.07.19 imposing a major penalty of stoppage of 2 annual increments with cumulative effect.

2. From perusal of the record it appears that the impugned order is an

appealable order and the appeal would lie to the State Government.

3. Thus, reserving the right of the petitioner to file an appeal before the State Govt. and the appellate authority is expected to decide the same at the earliest preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
