1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that respondents No.7 and 8 have been granted benefit of parole but they are creating difficulties for the petitioner and misusing the liberty.

3. Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to move an application for cancellation of

parole before the concerned District Magistrate within three days from today and in turn the concerned District Magistrate is directed to consider and decide the application for cancellation of parole of the said respondents after hearing the petitioner and the concerned persons within seven days from the date of filing the said application.

4. With the aforesaid directions the instant writ petition stands disposed off.

5. Certified copy tomorrow.
