Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 23/07/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is in possession over the land in dispute by virtue of lease granted on 08.02.2016. (2) Learned counsel for respondents No. 2,3 & 4/ Municipal Corporation would submit that the case of the petitioner will be considered and decided and if it is found that he is in possession over the land in dispute in accordance with lease dated 08.02.2016, he will not be disturbed.

(3) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to file reply to the impugned notice dated 13.07.2018 within a period of seven days from today, and in turn, the respondents No. 2 to 4 - Municipal Corporation shall consider and decide the same and pass order afresh in accordance with law expeditiously.
