1. By order dated 14.07.2020 in CRMP No.877 of 2020 this Court has held as under at para No.3:-

3. As prayed, two months' further time is granted to comply with the earlier order of this Court dated 08.03.2019 passed in

MCRC No.1082 of 2019 and to dispose of Special Criminal Case (NDPS) No.21/2018 from the date of presentation of copy of this order. It is made clear that no further request for extension of time would be entertained thereafter.

2. The above stated order was not complied with citing reasons and ultimately, order in question has now been complied with great difficulty as Special Criminal Case (NDPS) NO.21/2018 has been decided on 04.12.2020.

3. Since the learned Sessions Judge, Kondagaon, has decided the case, this CRMP is closed. However, the learned Sessions Judge, Kondagaon, is directed to be careful in future while complying with the order of this Court.

4. A copy of this order be sent to the Registrar General and the concerned Sessions Judge for information.

5. Accordingly, the instant CRMP stands disposed of as the Special Criminal Case (NDPS) has already been finally decided.
