Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that vide order dated 06.04.2010 passed in WP No.6594 of 2005, direction was issued to decide petitioners' claim of mutation within six months. He submits that because of certain typographical mistake, the order was corrected by this Court on 09.09.2014 in MCC No.276 of 2010. This order was also submitted before the Additional Tahsildar, Seepat. However, till date, the case has not been finally disposed off.

Considering the submission, it is directed that the Additional Tahsildar, Seepat shall now decide the matter within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the case of the petitioners is not decided within three months, this Court may initiate appropriate proceedings. 3.

The contempt petition is disposed off.
