ORDER

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was suspended on 10.10.2014 and the suspension was revoked on 07.09.2016 and in between the period of 2014-2016 the petitioner has not been paid the entire salary, therefore, he has made a representation dated 22.01.2017, 14.03.2018 and 04.02.2020, which may be directed to be decided.

2. In reply, learned State counsel refers to Fundamental Rule 54 (B) (1) and Clause 5 of revocation of suspension order dated 07.09.2016.

3. Considering the limited prayer of the petitioner without any observation on the merits of the case, since the petitioner had already made a representation dated 04.02.2020 (Annexure P-9), he

-2is further given liberty to file a fresh representation to Respondent No.1 within a period of 3 weeks which shall be decided within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the representation. It is further made clear that this Court has not made any observation about the entitlement of the petitioner.
