Complainant Shirin Bano and the minor prosecutrix are virtually present through the Help Desk of DLSA Raipur. They have objection in grant of bail to the applicant.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application with liberty to revive the same after examination of the prosecutrix in the trial. 3.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
