Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 24/08/2017 Heard.
1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there exists a policy in the Government to rotate the officer from Scheduled area to non-scheduled area.
2. According to the petitioner, he has remained posted at the scheduled area for the last 7 years. Therefore, the petitioner should be considered for posting outside the scheduled area. For this purpose, he places reliance upon the clause 1.3 & 2.1 of circular dated 03.06.2015.
3. The provision contained in clause 2.1 of circular dated 03.06.2015 clearly requires consideration by the State for posting an officer, who has remained posted for long time in the shouldered area, to non-scheduled area.
4. Therefore, the matter requires consideration. The representation of the petitioner shall be considered and decided within 6 weeks.
5. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
