1. This petition is preferred under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for transferring the case between the parties pending at Family Court, Umariya (M.P.) to Family Court, Raipur (C.G.).

2. Admittedly, Family Court, Umariya is not sub-ordinate to this Court and same is sub-ordinate to the High Court of MadhyaPradesh, therefore, this petition is not maintainable before this Court.

3. Accordingly, the petition is liable to be and is hereby dismissed at motion stage itself.

4. Registry is directed to return the document (Ex. P/1) filed in this petition to the petitioner after retaining photo copy of the same. Sd/- (Ram Prasanna Sharma) Judge Vasant
