1. The present MCC has been filed seeking for restoration of WPS No. 3064 of 2019 passed on 26.04.2019, the said writ petition got dismissed on account of a peremptory order.

2. The Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has deposited the process fee for respondents No. 3 to 9 within time and since respondents No. 1 & 2 were already represented through their lawyers, P.F. was already paid to these respondents.

3. The request of the petitioner seems to be fair and reasonable, therefore, the present MCC stands allowed and disposed off. The writ petition i.e. WPS No. 3064 of 2019 therefore stands restored back to its original number.

4. No order as to cost.

5. The Registry is directed to issue notice to the respondents No. 3 to 9 on P.F. that has been paid. Fresh notice is not required for the respondents No. 1 & 2 as they are represented through their lawyers.

6. The present MCC stands allowed and disposed off.

7. Let a copy of this order be made a part of the records of WPS No. 3064 of 2019.
