Transfer order is under challenge on the ground that the petitioner was promoted and posted as Revenue Inspector at Raipur on 19-08-2016. It is submitted that within a period of one year, he has again been subjected to transfer. 3.

The petitioner was promoted as Revenue Inspector. Earlier, the petitioner was working as Patwari at Raipur and after his promotion, he was transferred to Bijapur. Therefore, transfer of the petitioner cannot be said to be frequent transfer from one place to other.

In the result, this petition is dismissed.
