Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh duly constituted petition with relevant orders which are under challenge.

Perusal of the case would show that photo copy of the order dated 21/05/2019 of revenue case has been filed. Reading of the order do not speak out what issue has actually been decided. It is vague. In view of such, petitioner is allowed to withdraw this petition to file fresh petition with relevant documents and the order, if so advised. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
