The Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Pendra Road by memo dated 23.2.2016 has informed to the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Pendra that the petitioner has incurred some expenses in construction of school building and electric fitting and therefore, payment of Rs.48544/- be made to him, which has not been made and therefore, this writ petition has been filed.

Be that as it may, respondent No.3/Chief Executive
Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Pendra is directed to take a decision on the memo issued by respondent No.2/Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Pendraroad in accordance with law on its own merit as early as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
