1. The only ground of challenge to the transfer order is that though the petitioner has remained continuously posted in the scheduled area for the last 8 years, when an occasion arose for transferring him, he is again being sent to a core scheduled area which is in violation of clause 2.1 of transfer policy dated 03.06.2015,

2. According to the policy dated 03.06.2015 where an employee has remained posted in scheduled area, he is required to be considered for posting outside the scheduled area. Therefore, there is a case for consideration in favour of the petitioner as to why he should not be considered for posting outside the scheduled area. Let a representation be preferred within 10 days. If that is done, the representation shall be considered and decided within a period of four weeks. For a period of six weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.

3. The petition is disposed off.
