1. In compliance of order dated 22/11/2017 (Annexure C/1) passed in WPC No. 6309 of 2008, the Collector, Dhamtari has passed an order dated 19/11/2018 (Annexure C/5) stating that petitioner is not entitled for compensation.
2. Accordingly, this contempt petition stands closed with liberty reserved in favour of the petitioner to question the order dated 19/11/2018 (Annexure C/5) passed by the Collector, Dhamtari, in accordance with law.
