This transfer petition filed by the Petitioner-wife seeking transfer of case No. 667 of 2015 filed by the Respondent-husband for restitution of conjugal rights under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act in the Family Court, Durg to the Family Court, Gharghoda or Family Court, Raigarh. 2.

The undisputed facts are that the parties were married to each other in the year 2015 at village Teram, Tehsil Gharghoda, District Raigarh and it is not possible for her to travel to Durg on each and every date. The Petitionerwife is unemployed and keeping in view her convenience, it is directed that the case No. 667 of 2015 pending in the Family Court, Durg be transferred to the Family Court, Raigarh.
