1. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for a fairly long time, seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all his defence in the course of the trial before the trial Court.

2. Permission, being fair and reasonable, is granted. The instant petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty reserved in favour of the petitioner. Needless to say, any observation made by the revisional Court will not be considered and the case will be decided by the trial Court strictly in accordance with law.
