1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved by non-consideration of the case of the petitioner for absorption/appointment as contract Shiksha Karmi GradeIII.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated Gurujis appointed under various schemes of the Government were granted the benefit of contract appointment under Shiksha Karmi Grade-III of Government's policy in the light of order dated 11-8-2010 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in W.P. No.1731/2005 and batch of matters. Later-on, orders were passed in the case of the petitioner herein also and other writ petitioners considering their case, on 28-1-2013 in W.P.(S)No.5202/2012. The Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Kasdol has forwarded the case of the petitioner to the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Raipur, but no decision has been taken in the matter ever since 2013.

3. Learned State counsel submits that as far as the case of the petitioner is concerned, it is required to be examined in the light of the facts stated in the memo dated 26-9-2013 of Janpad Panchayat, Kasdol.

4. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the parties, it would be appropriate to direct the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Raipur to examine the claim of the petitioner in the light of the memo dated 26-92013 of the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat,

Kasdol and take appropriate decision in accordance with law.

5. It is made clear that this Court has not commented upon the merits of the matter.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
