Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the issue involved in the case is squarely covered by the order passed in the case of Jayant Kumar Patle vs. State of Chhattisgarh (WPS No.4271 of 2017 and batch of petitions, vide order dated 03-11-2017).

In view of aforesaid submission, this petition is finally disposed off with a direction for consideration of the case of the petitioner on the same lines, upon verification of facts and appropriate relief may be extended to the petitioners. SD/- (Manindra Mohan Shrivastava) Judge
