Referring to correspondence made by the Director, Agriculture, dated 26.07.2018, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the correspondence have been made to the Deputy Director, Agriculture, district Durg for releasing the wages payable to the petitioner. In the light of the order passed by the Director dated 26.07.2018, the present writ petition stands disposed of expecting necessary compliance to be done at the earliest.

In the event if the grievance still survives, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach this court again.
