Transfer order is under challenge on the ground that the petitioner is being transferred from Kondagaon to Farasgaon, whereas his wife has remained posted as Shiksha Karmi Grade III at Sitli, Kondagaon, which is 100 KM away from the place,, where the petitioner is sought to be transferred. 3.

The petitioner is an Officer of State Cadre, whereas his wife is a Shiksha Karmi working under the jurisdiction of Janpad Panchayat. 4.

It is find that the petitioner has been transferred within the District Kondagaon and her wife husband has also been posted at Sitli, Kondagaon District. Therefore, the ground of personal difficult of the petitioner to post the petitioner and his wife at the

same place does not call for any interference. 5.

In view of above, this petition is finally disposed off. However, it would be open for the petitioner to move representation before the respondent authority for shifting to any other place within the same district.
