1. The petitioner through the present writ petition seeks for an appropriate direction to the respondents No.2to4 for taking necessary steps in considering the regular posting of the petitioner at Govt. Primary School, PWD, Rampur, District Korba where the petitioner is presently posted by way of an attachment.

2. The petitioner substantively is posted at Primary School Bhalusatka, District Korba and in the recent past the department has been cancelling the order of attachment made in the past and there is likelihood that the attachment of the petitioner may also get affected and therefore she has approached this for an appropriate direction.

3. Since the determination of the place of posting and tenure of posting are all exclusively within the domain of the State authorities. The writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach the respondents No.2 to 4 afresh in addition to any earlier representation that

-2she has made and on such representation being made the respondents No.2 to 4 shall take an appropriate decision on its own merits in accordance with law within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of fresh representation.
