This is repeat bail application. Earlier bail application stood rejected on 01.05.2018 (MCRC NO.1569 of 2018) on the ground that material witnesses were yet to be examined.

The ground raised by the applicants for grant of bail is that material witnesses have already been examined and there is no material flaw so far as statutory provisions are concerned. Therefore, the applicants may be released on bail.

The State counsel however opposes the bail application. 4.

This court having already rejected the bail application of the applicants on 01.05.2018, is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this juncture as most of the material witnesses have been examined and only couple of witnesses are yet to be examined

and as such the trial itself is at the fag end. However, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial at the earliest. 5.
