1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has retired from Chhattisgarh Madhyamik Shiksha Mandal on 30.4.2012 as Accountant and vide letter dated 7.5.2012 (Annexure P/11) the State Government has already directed the Chhattisgarh Madhyamik Shiksha Mandal that the petitioner's services were absorbed on the post of Assistant Grade-II and he is entitled for pension, gratuity,

leave incashment and other retiral benefits from Chhattisgarh Madhyamik Shiksha Mandal at par with the employees of the Chhattisgarh Madhyamik Shiksha Mandal, yet pension and other retiral benefits have not been paid to him.

2. On the other hand, learned Government Advocate for respondent No.1 would submit that no relief has been claimed from respondent No.1.

3. Return has been filed on behalf of respondent No.3.

4. Be that as it may, respondent No.2 is directed to consider and grant retiral benefits to the petitioner as directed by the State Government within 30 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition finally stands disposed off. No cost(s).
