1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has given his vehicle to the private respondents on rent but they are not returning and not paying rent, as such, direction be issued to concerned police to take action against them.

3. Since there is a lawful agreement between the parties and the vehicle has been given on rent, therefore, no direction can be issued to the concerned police, however, petitioner is at liberty to proceed in

accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
