1. The transfer order is under challenge on the ground that the petitioner has been shown to be posted in the school at Kansa whereas he has not been posted at Kansa but as Upper Division Teacher in the Govt. Middle School at Kotekoni, which shows that the transfer order has been issued under some

-2mistakes.

2. Whether the petitioner is intended to be transferred from present place of posting at Kansa is not clear from the transfer order. The Block Education Officer has sought instructions from the District Education Officer highlighting the aforesaid anomaly. Therefore, considering the aforesaid circumstances, it would be appropriate to direct the respondent-State to examine the matter and issue proper order to clarify the situation.

3. Till appropriate orders are passed by the Govt. clarifying the situation, the petitioner would be allowed to continue at the present place of posting.
