1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has completed five years of posting at present place of posting and has become due for transfer, he is being transferred to a place which is more than 200 k.m. away. He submits that wife of petitioner is also posted at Govt. Primary School in nearby place.

2. Keeping husband and wife together either at the same station or nearby station is an accommodation which is subject to overriding interest of the administrative exigency and public interest. However, since there is a policy, though the petitioner has become due for transfer, it is directed that

-2if petitioner submits a representation along with copy of this order within a period of 15 days from today, the same shall be considered and decided by authority within a period of 4 weeks.
