1. Present MCC has been filed seeking extension of time for compliance of the order passed by this Court on 24.04.2019 in WPS No. 2601/2019. The applicants in their application have sought for some reasonable additional time within which the order could be complied with.

2. The present MCC was filed on 08.07.2019 that means almost by now two months have already lapsed. This Court is not apprised of the subsequent development that has transpired in between. However, considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case the respondents are granted further 45 days for compliance of the order dated 24.04.2019 passed in WPS No. 2601/2019. If the

applicants fail to comply with the aforesaid order even within the extended 45 days now being granted the same shall be at the risk of the applicants themselves.

3. With the aforesaid observations, the present MCC stands allowed and disposed off.
