1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.635/2020, registered at Police Station Civil Line Bilaspur, Dist-Bilaspur C.G. for offences punishable under Sections 294, 452 & 506 of the I.P.C.

2. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the applicant wants to withdraw this bail application with liberty to surrender and apply before the competent Court.
