1. Heard counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking relief to direct the respondents to decide his pending application for regularization on the post of Time Keeper in pursuance of the circular dated 05/03/2008.

3. The petitioner is Daily Wage Time Keeper at Water Resources Department, Sub Division Darri Korba, District Korba (C.G.).

4. Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the instant writ petition may be disposed of directing the respondents to decide his pending representation Annexure P/1 dated 05/07/2018 within stipulated time.

5. As per the petitioner's case he was engaged as Time Keeper on daily wages on 01/08/1989 and continued till 28/02/1995. He was terminated on 01/03/1995 and reinstated on 12/10/2011 by the Labour Court, Korba thereafter he is continued in service.

6. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of with this direction that respondents shall decide the petitioner's representation Annexure P/1 dated 05/07/2018 within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, according to law and procedure.

7. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
