2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already filed a fresh application for grant of parole/leave.
3. Mr. Ravi Bhagat, learned State counsel, submits that petitioner's application will be decided within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, District Magistrate, Balrampur, is directed to consider and decide petitioner's application strictly in accordance with law within 15 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
5. With the aforesaid direction/observation the present writ petition stands disposed off.
