Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the enquiry report was submitted and petitioner submitted reply as comments on the enquiry report, but the respondents till date have not passed any order in the matter one way or the other exonerating the petitioner from imposition of punishment. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank, on advance copy, submits that the disciplinary authority ceased of the matter and final decision would be taken in the matter as early as possible.

Considering that the copy of enquiry report was supplied to the petitioner on 09-03-2017 and the reply to the enquiry report was submitted by the petitioner on 21-03-2017, let decision be taken in the matter by the respondent-Bank within a period of four weeks.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
