1. The petitioner challenges the transfer order on two grounds. Firstly that the petitioner's wife is suffering from mental disease, in respect of which, she is required to be taken to Raipur for periodical consultation and treatment with the neuro physician. The other ground is that the petitioner is presently posted in a scheduled area and there is a policy that if person wants to continue in the scheduled area, he may be considered to continue only in scheduled area as per policy dated 03.06.2015. The third ground is that if the petitioner has been subjected to transfer, he could not be relieved because no one has been posted in his place.
2. The grounds which have been raised by the petitioner in this petition could be a subject matter of consideration by way of representation. The petitioner
has already preferred a representation. Therefore, it is directed that the representation of the petitioner on the three grounds which have been raised in this petition shall be considered and decided in four weeks. It would be open for the petitioner to pray the authority to continue as no one has posted in his place, till some one else is posted and joined in his place.
3. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
