1. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought is for an appropriate direction to the respondent no.2 to take an appropriate decision on the representation that the petitioner has made in respect of the compensation paid to the petitioner on the land being purchased under the mutual consent policy of the State Govt.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved of the amount of compensation quantified by the respondents for which he has moved an application under the Act of 2013 to the respondent no.2 which is pending consideration.

3. Without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition at this

juncture, stands disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with the provisions of law i.e as the Act of 2013, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
