1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition stating inter alia that the respondent Project Officer, Integrated Child Development Project, Dabhra, has advertised the post of Aanganwadi Assistant but the post is not vacant.

2. On being asked, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly admits that the petitioner is not a aspirant for the said post, as such, the petitioner is not aggrieved person as neither he is aspirant nor a candidate for the said post and therefore he cannot maintain the writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed, as the petitioner has no locus. No order as to costs.
