Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file an appeal before the Appellate Authority.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is allowed. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the Appellate Authority within ten days from today that will be considered and decided by the Appellate Authority after hearing the affected parties within a period of four weeks thereafter. 4.
