1. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking the relief to direct respondent authorities to fix the correct pay scale and give the arrears of the salary to him.
2. The petitioner is working as Lecturer and posted at Government
High School Karhi, District Janjgir Champa.
3. Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the instant writ petition may be disposed off directing respondent No.2 to decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 26.03.2018 (Annexure P-8) within a stipulated time.
4. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed off with this direction that the respondent No.2 shall decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 26.03.2018 (Annexure P/1) expeditiously preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in accordance with law and procedure.
5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
