1. The transfer order is under challenge on the ground that while transferring the petitioner, the Government policy of keeping husband wife together as far as possible at the same station or at nearby station has not been kept in view. It is submitted that though the petitioner is being transferred from Raipur to Dhamtari, the petitioner's husband who was posted at Dhamtari, is being transferred to Sukma.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the petitioner as well as her husband both have completed normal tenure of posting, therefore, they have become due for transfer but the only ground is that while transferring the

petitioner and her husband, the respondents ought to have considered to post the petitioner and her husband together either at the same station or at nearby station.

3. As the petitioner has completed normal tenure of posting, she has become due for transfer. However, in the peculiar circumstances as stated in this petition, it would be appropriate that the petitioner's representation is considered keeping in view the Government policy keeping husband wife together at the same station or at nearby station within a period of four weeks. The petitioner shall submit a copy of this order along with fresh representation within 10 days to the respondent authority for consideration.

4. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
