1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken-up for final hearing through video conferencing.

2. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 05.11.2020, affidavits of the District Magistrate, Bilaspur and the District Magistrate, Raigarh have been filed.

3. At the outset, Dr.Veena Nair, learned Deputy Advocate General for the respondents/State, would submit that subject to furnishing surety on behalf of Mrityunjay Singh, petitioner's husband and inquiring into whereabouts of the surety, the petitioner's husband will be released on parole on or before 9th November, 2020.

4. Statement made by Dr.Veena Nair, learned Deputy Advocate General for the respondents/State is placed on record.
