1. The limited relief sought for by the petitioner in this petition is for a direction to the Respondents No. 2 to 4 to take an appropriate decision on the representation of the petitioner in connection with discontinuance of the services of the petitioner w.e.f. 31.05.2021.

2. Given the limited relief, the writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the respondents No.2 to 4 in addition to any representation that he has made in the past and the respondents No.2 to 4 in turn shall consider the same on its own merits and take an appropriate decision on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within an outer limit of 60 days from the date of receipt of fresh representation.
