1. The transfer order is under challenge only on the ground that as the petitioner has completed 55 years of age, in view of provision contained in clause 1.5 of the policy dated 3.6.2015, as far as possible, the posting of the petitioner in core scheduled area has to be avoided.
2. Considering the aforesaid submission that the petitioner has completed 55 years of age and as per clause 1.5 of the policy that in such case posting of the officer to core scheduled area has to be avoided as far as possible, case of the petitioner would require consideration. The petitioner has already preferred representation. Let representation of the petitioner be decided within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. A copy of this order shall be submitted before the competent authority within a period of 15 days. For a period of 6 weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner
-2to compel him to proceed on transfer under the impugned transfer order.
