1. Heard on admission.

2. The only issue raised before this Court by learned counsel for the appellant is that even though the wife could not establish her claim for return of 'Stridhan', the learned Court below has awarded Rs.1 lakh only on the basis of admission of the appellant as stated by him in his evidence.

3. What we find is that the learned Court below has rested its order on the basis of admission of the claim of the respondent-wife of 'Stridhan'. Since the claim itself was admitted, we do not think that the impugned judgment and decree awarding Rs.1 lakh to respondent-wife is liable to be interfered with in the appeal.
