Dated : 09/09/2017 By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 16.8.2013 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Nagar Panchayat Pusour to Nagar Nigam, Jagdalpur.

As per the terms of compromise arrived at between the parties, the impugned transfer order dated 16.8.2013 has been cancelled and new posting order has been issued, according to which, the petitioner has been posted at Kirodimal Nagar Panchayat as CMO at District Raigarh. Therefore, both the parties pray that since the grievance has been redressed, the petition may be disposed of. In view of above compromise, the petition is disposed of.
