1. At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that the only prayer made in the writ petition is for deciding the petitioner's pending appeal before the State Government. He would submit that during pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner's appeal has been allowed by the State Government, therefore, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
