1. On a mention being made, the matter is taken up today.

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that after the contempt petition, the respondent have now passed a final order rejecting the claim of the petitioner.

3. In view of the fact that the respondents have now taken a decision, the order of this Court stands duly complied with. In case if the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision of the respondents, the petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the same by way of a fresh proceeding.

4. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
