1. The transfer order is under challenge on the sole ground that the petitioner's daughter is studying in Class-XII. Therefore, till she appears in the examination in the coming year, the petitioner may be allowed to continue at the present place of posting.

2. The petitioner has been transferred by impugned order dated 14.08.2017.

Whether the administrative exigency would permit petitioner's continuation at the present place of posting till the daughter of the petitioner appears in the examination in the month of March, 2018, will require consideration.

3. Let a decision be taken on petitioner's representation within a period of four weeks to explore the possibility whether it could be possible to adjust the petitioner till the time prayed for by him. It would be open for the petitioner to pray the authority that till representation is decided, he may be allowed to continue at the present place of posting.

4. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
